the team

Both Dr. Kaitlyn and Dr. Michael grew up with extensive dental issues. Dr. Michael was born with a cleft lip and cleft palate requiring 13 surgeries over 18 years including braces for 8 years. Dr. Kaitlyn had an impacted canine that required surgery followed by several years of braces. They know what it’s like to be the patient. These challenges inspired a passion for changing lives through dentistry.

Their paths crossed while attending Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. While serving the underserved in Jamaica, their desire to positively impact lives grew and so did their relationship. With similar passions and values, they decided the best way to flourish was together and here they are years later.

They are parents to their beautiful daughter, Harper and wonderful son, Beckham. Dr. Kaitlyn is an adrenaline junkie who loves to zipline and white water raft. Dr. Michael is an avid Saint Louis Cardinals fan and participates in the local rec soccer league. They like to workout together and as a family, love spending time outdoors and traveling to new places.
